Sepia light?

The light was weird after work today, as if the world had a sepia cast.

I’m glad you liked the sun rays from yesterday!

Samuel is walking on the snow very, very carefully. He is remembering the slick floors and adjusting. He’s managing to jump up on the high bed. He’s amazing. He’s sleeping next to me now and I’m watching his chest rise and fall.

Today is Ukraine’s Day of Unity. The Ukraine's People Republic and West Ukrainian People Republic used to belong to different empires. On January 22, 1919, they signed the Treaty of Unity. In 1999 it became a national holiday. “ The first celebration of unity took place on January 22, 1939, in Carpatho-Ukraine (the town of Khust), then the autonomous region within the Second Czechoslovak Republic. On that day, 30,000 people arrived in the capital of Carpatho-Ukraine from all parts of the region to hold a manifestation under blue and yellow flags and recall the events of 20 years ago.” This is what people did before they had TV.

Norway was understandably frightened by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and has been struggling to keep up ammunition production to provide supplies. Given the precision needed the production process is slow. They are now investing 2 billion kroner to boost ammunition and missile production capacity.

Ukraine's success against the Russian Black Sea fleet has resulted in grain exports rising to their highest levels since the invasion began.
