Not "Selling it to Me"

Yesterday ( I am typing this on Tuesday) was not great again. Met with the cardiac community nurse, discussed much but very little in the way of ideas to smooth the way.
Many moons ago when I was a retail manager we had 'FBI' to channel the sale to meet the customers requirements. F= features, B = Benefits I= Incentives ! Perhaps some positive titling might help one wads through the advice. Anyway I have been referred on to the "rehabilitation team" starting next week. In the meantime it's back to LGI and the ENT.
Once again thank you for the support and words of encouragement, I will try and stay awake enough to get round some of journals. Take care one and all
