Over to help baby bro take the dash out of his VW T3 Brick.
And while he replaced the heater motor, I played with the wiring.
Some top level bodging had been done in the past. One red power lead turned black halfway along before transforming into some speaker lead!
And one length of two core wire was legitimately carrying a positive along its red wire whilst the companion black wire was doing a job for a completely separate component that just happened to need a piece of wire that crossed the dash.

Left him glueing bits of foam to heater shutters.
I’ll be back at the weekend to help put it back together and sort out the separate “Leisure Battery” circuits and the 240v to 12v transformer tie in…
