Grateful

I’ve felt a bit bleh today, I’m ok, but it stopped me swimming this morning. So I’m glad to have rice pudding left. It was ok, but a bit sweet really, the same recipe as Guernsey milk rice pudding but yesterday I used Coconut milk, there is no s added sugar, but generally it must be sweeter than cows milk, but waste not want not, just use it up.
