Another day where I forgot to take a photo - so another emergency bedtime shot.  Another stressful day, too - had a long phone call with my brother and sister in the afternoon, and tried to do a load of research on care options in the evening, but worked myself into a bit of a state, to be honest.  Tim stepped in, got me a glass of Baileys and offered to ring round various care providers in the morning, god love him.

Cue another broken night's sleep - and a rubbish photo!
