The Kiosk

I was up incredibly early - the extra is the Canoe Pool before sunrise. Then walked along the esplanade, past Nobby’s and out to the navigation aid at the end of the breakwall. Small fishing boats were returning to port. Gulls and terns wheeled overhead. I had an eye out for ruddy turnstones but none were sighted.

Breakfast, as usual, at the kiosk - the entrance/exit from the beach if you’re taking the pedestrian underpass.
