A budding thief

The weather has been truly awful this past week with two named storms only 48 hours apart.  I have been hunkered down and reading the DI Dixon crime novels by Damien Boyd.  Today the conditions have eased and some of the smaller birds have come out of hiding.  The bullfinches are feasting on the new buds that are just emerging.
