....developing slowly over eastern Edinburgh this evening. taken from H's flat when I dropped off the cream for Immy which had been left at ours. Ive had a very deep [ and rather uncomfortable at times] massage this afternoon - my neck and shoulders are totally knotted up and I've been completely unable to shift it on my own.
