Busy day

I've had a busy day this morning, finding myself and Debbie at a talk cafe at the Kirkcaldy YMCA. I have discovered a new group I would be interested in a cycling group that runs every Thursday, I could go every 2nd Thursday as I get my injection every 2nd Thursday.
