Floating

Something was appealing about this feather floating on the water, the way the light shone on part of it, and the bend at the end. I am easily entertained at the pond.

Ellie's mother returned home this morning after she took her friend to the airport. She called me last night saying she was upset and not sure she was taking the guy to the airport...but she called me an hour later saying all was okay. I haven't talked to her today yet.
