Blue Tit - 9

We did the Big Garden Birdwatch today as we will be away at the weekend. I'm sure a lot of other blippers will also be participating and bemoaning the fact that not as many birds as usual turned up. Our best sighting was a pair of blackcaps but other birds like the goldfinch, coal tit and wren didn't appear until after we had finished.

I went into the garden afterwards to see if I could photograph the blackcaps but they had gone. Nevertheless I like this photo of the blue tit which is better than the one I did a couple of weeks ago so I've moved this into my birdblip2024 tag.
