Harbour Battery Abstract

My friends came over from Edinburgh today and in between coffee at the new art centre and a splendid lunch we managed to cram in a visit to Dunbar Harbour. I was showing them the historical development at the Battery when I noticed this strong graphical image made by the low sunlight creating strong raking shadows through the fence as you go up the slope into the Battery. It is not often I offer an abstract image for my blip apart on Abstract Thursday butI just found this so striking.
