Only a primrose

We spent over an hour at the bank today trying to get our account unlocked. It seemed the problem was someone making a query about a direct debit to Yorkshire Water and wanting to change my contact details but they couldn’t answer the security question so it looked suspicious. Glad the bank acted promptly.
