Happy Birthday Dad

Dad's 82nd birthday today and he looks so much better than he did on his 81st following all his heart problems. He visits the gym 2 or 3 times a week and he goes for regular walks and keeping active is clearly doing him the world of good. 

Dad took us out for a meal tonight. It was extremely windy thanks to yet another storm and I was a bit worried about travelling but we were fine. We visited the Ragleth Inn in Little Stretton and had a lovely meal.  We've been once before for Sunday lunch and I highly recommend it.
