Speedo Kickboard

I went for a swim this evening and I'm finally putting my kickboard to use. I did a 1000 yard swim. 300 warmup, 300 kicks, 300 freestyle, 100 cool down. I felt strong in the water. Just lifting some weights the other day made me feel like I was really pulling through the water. Good workout. Time to get back into gear.
