IT'S MOTORHEAD SUNDAY

Today's beauty is a 1969 Lola T163.  Purpose built for Roger Penske and Mark Donohue.   Only 6 were ever manufactured using very lightweight materials and running a big-block, dry-sump Chevy V8.  Results were inconsistent so they went back to regular specs.  Check out the beautiful sound this machine makes...maybe the best track "noise" ever.  I recorded this one but can't figure out how to add a .wav file to Blip. (anyone know how?)  So this one, taken off line, will make the point:
