A reasonable day chilly but pleasant so a nice morning walk then nothing much done. Wrote to my friend she doesnt do text messages. Had a shower then tea probably tv tonight. Who wants to be a millionaire and Trigger Point. I record my call the midwife as i am the only one who likes it.
