New Season

As the winter starts to recede, we have turned our minds once again to the camping season. Yes, we could go away during the winter too, but we prefer to wait for warmer weather.

We have emptied and repacked Annie the Camper, sorted through what we no longer need and what we cannot do without. One big item is our awning. Our last, very expensive, awning did not stand up to the usage - most unexpected and very disappointing. We had to replace it and did a huge amount of research. Price and style narrowed our search down to a camping shop in Essex and so off we went (over/under the river Thames for us).

Making the most of the day after the purchase, we went to Hadleigh Country Park where we had our lunch and Jak had the opportunity to have a good run around. It was lovely to see the gorse in flower.
