Grannies arrived for Sunday lunch of roast lamb, with all the kids plus H’s girlfriend who’s off to Amsterdam for six months. Today was momentous as apparently that was her first home cooked roast potato! And she’s a Mary Erskine’s girl, gave her the number for Childline.
First lemon cake baked of the year, devoured.
