A good looking guy!

After the fairly recent icy cold spell many of the birds disappeared from the frozen pond in Maxwell Park. I didn’t expect the female Goosander to return once the thaw was complete but she did and she now has a mate to keep her company …. don’t know yet if their relationship is a serious one!.

A very early dental appointment tomorrow …. 8.45 just when the traffic is still very heavy and with roadworks, temporary lights and closed off roads I’ll need to be on my way by 8 at the latest.
