Marmalade making.

That time of year again.
I bought these Seville oranges from the farm shop a couple of weeks ago, and nearly forgot about them with so much happening lately.
Today it has been very wet and so perfect for an afternoon spent in the kitchen.
It actually takes about 4 hours altogether.
However I now have 9 jars of really yummy tangy marmalade.
Perfect to spread on some toast for breakfast tomorrow morning.
