Selfie

It has been a lovely sunny warm day with around 23c. In the afternoon the winds picked up a little. 

When I took the photo of the rose I noticed my reflection. 

I didn't have a very good night. My swallowing problem has reappeared. I have been good for over a year now. Hopefully it will not last too long. I was told in time I will be only be able to eat soft foods. Hopefully that time hasn't arrived. I have been so careful to not eat things that I have trouble swallowing. I think the antibiotics may have had some effect as they were very big ones. It is when I lie down I feel I am being chocked. Hopefully this evening will be better.
