Flower abstract

Had to stay in all day for a delivery (which never arrived, grrr) and couldn't get out to blip birds so I plucked a couple of flowers off the recently mowed lawn and tried a macro shot. This was my first attempt at macro photography and I wasn't really prepared for just how narrow the band of focus was, but the colours are strangely satisfying and the overall effect (to me at least) pleasing. Something else to work on, I guess.
