Sausage and bean casserole

A m******* day, so no allotment and no exciting blip.  Instead you get the sausage and bean casserole that we had for tea.  I'm trying to decrease the meat and add vegetable protein in recipes and this was a very easy one.

I did sort my chilli seeds at lunchtime and I have packets of Hungarian Hot Wax, Odyssey(small round and purple) and some mixed hot pepper seed.  I'm also planning to grow some Chilli Billy and Cayenne seeds collected at home. Just need to find the propagator trays to get them going. Maybe tomorrow's blip.
