Roast Pork

"Roast on Sunday, Cold on Monday, Chopped on Tuesday, Pie on Wednesday" - this is the way to get maximum benefit from a roast.
On this occasion it is "Roast on Sunday, Cold on Wednesday".
This pork will be joined by garlic sausage, salami, tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, a selection of tracklements and a bottle of vin ordinaire.
One of our favourite meals.
