My ADHD Journey

Meeting day

Meeting after meeting after meeting.

Some tough, some normal - none easy. And yet they felt easier than normal.

Medication Commentary:
Dose: 10mg morning +10mg afternoon

I'm sure no one sees a difference. Hell, I don't really 'feel' a difference. I certainly don't feel the meds kicking in or wearing off.

Yet I feel they are helping in some way. I feel a relief from some of the noise. I feel able to listen. My meeting day felt easier than normal despite the hard topics.

If this is a sign of the meds, I look forward to seeing if things get better from here.

For the first time in this process, I actually feel 'optimistiaclly hopeful' I have made the right choices.

One thing to watch - I've had a weird pins and needles in my hands. I had it before meds, and thought it was allergies, but it seems to be worse the last few days. I'm sure it's just a coincidence and a flare up, but I'll watch it.

Personal Development:

My single task list, with the help of my part time assistant to keep me on track, is really working well. It's a game changer.

Meditation homework today was about the only other thing I managed, to clear my head when I needed.
