Blue Ginger

My blue ginger is flowering in the garden.  Apart from some wilted salvia, it is about the only thing that is flowering.   More heat and humidity today.   Some of the trees in town I noticed have been dropping their leaves and I suspect that it more to do with the heat than approaching Autumn.

I had big plans for today but I have been faffing around. I am in the stretching process of the sourdough and aside from some administrative tasks today, I have not achieved much.
