My friend came up from Sidmouth so I took her for a walk around the village before we went into Sherborne for lunch .
Today is Imbolc - an important Celtic fire festival- in the Christian church Candlemas is celebrated to mark the return of the Light to the Earth . It’s such a special time of year .
