Crocus and other things

Last two warm days have brought up crocuses all of a sudden. As I was taking this shot, something else got my attention nearby. Its in the extras. Heads up, it's a bit creepy. The second extra is of a Sharp - shinned Hawk, lurking near the bird feeder.
