A Silver Y moth, it's a migrant, comes to our shores in huge numbers when the conditions are right & spreads everywhere. I've been watching the corncockles flower over the past few days & checking who is interested in them - a couple of bees so far, a large white butterfly & then this Silver Y moth having the time of it's life - on holiday & a very happy one indeed! :)

All over again

Gym this morning where I utterly overdid it, never felt so ill, wasn't knees, just lungs, just feeling so exhausted & not seeing straight, but I've had a weekend of eating sin, so, hey...! Going again tomorrow, have to, no choice, got to get back on track again, been slacking far too much! xxx
