Rusty

I had an hour to kill after work today, so went for a stroll on the beach at the Braighe. I love these rusty old posts and the differing ways they are all decaying.

It was good to get some fresh air, I'm still not fully fit after my recent illness, and didn't sleep well last night, mainly because I've pulled a muscle in my upper stomach with all the coughing and it's really sore and uncomfortable! At least I've pretty much stopped coughing now though so definitely on the mend.
