1950’s Sweden

Very mild day today, 6°C and sunny. Well above what’s normal for February.

Extra: today’s semla, miraculously intact despite my bicycle transportation. Also delicious and possibly the best I’ve tried yet: the almond paste had a very pleasing crunchiness to it, and a slight touch of citrus.
