Nuts & Bolts

Sadly, I had to miss yoga this morning. I woke up feeling a bit dizzy, ok if I sat still but not great when bending down. I suspect I’m heading towards vertigo again. I’ll try the Epley Manoeuvre which should sort it out.

So a quiet day for me but I did accompany M to Sheringham as we needed some screws and bolts and I wanted a bit of fresh air. We went to the marvellous ‘Blyth & Wright’ shop, a well known and much loved local hardware shop who sell almost everything. We only wanted 5 screws & Bolts. Not a problem, cost £1.50. As you can see, no blister packs selling way more than you need here. Just brilliant.
