As we approached this gentleman sitting by a giant Teddy bear, he asked if I would take a photo on his phone that he could send to his friend in Australia showing him 'sun bathing in England' at the beginning of February.   I duly obliged and asked if I could take his photo and post it on Blip.   I was explaining what Blip was about and completely forgot to ask why the Teddy bear was there.
