This Character Looks A Little Fishy To Me!

I am not quite sure when this fishy character swam into my soup.  He looks somewhat exotic to me with those feathery green fins at the bottom and he makes a suitable blip for Silly Saturday In Honor of Admirer.  I may not know where he came from, but I do know for sure where he ended up and he was warm and delicious all the way down!......
