June is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month, not that you'd know it. I haven't seen anybody selling pins or ribbons in the shops, not even on the counters in the supermarkets.

Unlike, some other cancers, especially breast cancer, where we are inundated with things to buy, bowel cancer is completely ignored. The only way to buy anything is on-line.

Bowel cancer is on the increase, especially among the young, and yet we still seem to be ignoring it.

Unfortunately, it will take someone young and famous to die before anyone will do anything.
