This is the theme for today's Mono Monday hosted by Laurie54. 

I find butternut squash difficult enough to cut into and slice, but this one will be a real test for the knife.

In other news: I spent quite a bit of today preparing for tomorrow's WRAP trustee's meeting and putting the shopping list together for Tescos - such an adventurous life !!
