I always like to take my mum out somewhere new (with good disabled provision) when I visit, so we went for lunch at the River House aside the River Tawe and Swansea Marina today. Plenty of activity to watch out of wall of windows, and her first ever tapas (albeit bar kitchen style). 

Otherwise I reviewed half of the draft academic paper of the pioneering co-researcher approach looking at chronic pain and creative arts Myself and other participants had the grand title as LEEs (Lived Experience Experts).
