George

The person on the right in the picture has died. We learned it yesterday and are still in shock. He had Lewis dementia and had lived in a care home during the last year. He was Dons second best friend and has enriched his life in many ways. They lived together for two years while studying at Stanford. George ended up as a professor for history while Don left as an electrical engineer.

Another day of driving before we will end this trip with a visit of Dons best friend John. Hopefully some pics tomorrow
