Well.....

....it is what I've been doing this afternoon!  Fiddling with my 'bird' picture  as I just want to get it done now.  Apart from receiving an NHS letter telling me that it may well be over 6 months before I even get an initial appointment to see the orthopaedic consultant which made me very angry for reasons I cannot go into here, it's been a dull day!
