An Orchid

Today’s only shot. At the dentist’s office, which was not as heavenly as this flower would have you believe. Three hours, whereas I expected to spend only one, but things kept going wrong. Things I still don’t completely understand. I am drained, exhausted, pummeled, but home and safe and it will eventually all be fine. It was just a very hard afternoon. Luckily we had already made a big pot of soup, so I have warm soft comfort food.
