From 20°C to 2°C

Thank you for all the good wishes yesterday. My flight was an hour late taking off, and I wasn't in the best seat for an aerial view, but an inland image makes a change. The flight went well, quickly through on landing, and booked taxi waiting. Roads were clear, home to a warm house and a few basic bits of shopping, thanks to G.
Case dumped on the floor, electric blanket on, and G&T in hand, and chill.....
It's spookily quiet though after the vibrancy of Spain...I can literary hear a pin drop!
