From the inside

Another food related blip, I'm afraid. I've had a busy day of washing, watching football, making pizza dough (for the freezer), marking a late submission, and watching football. 

This is an action shot of the inside of the grater as some Red Lesta is prepared to go in the pizza dough - I also added some Gran Padano.
