Watery Sunset

A much brighter day weatherwise after more rain overnight.  A different park, similar scenario to yesterday but sunset light makes a big difference.  Pearson Park, a lovely public space including a restored Victorian Conservatory.  Grand buildings around the perimeter mostly reflecting a faded glory, an uncomfortable juxtaposition between a wealthy past and the present realities, it seems still a popular spot.  Meg was unwilling to venture far onto the grass, possibly wary of the Geese enjoying the seasonal ponds but we had a good walk around the perimeter.

Jamie and I had earlier ventured out for lunch and then some clothes shopping, mostly for Jamie.  He's definitely looking forward to the time his drains are removed .... one false move can make for pain.   He'll sleep better then too.   We have four more days to kill.
