Stitching Scotland

The Great Tapestry of Scotland is a huge project with the intention of stitching a history of Scotland. Apparently there are to be something like 137 panels of which this is just one - partially completed. The panel was brought into Parliament today and displayed in the Members' block - one of the SNP floors, for obvious reasons.

I wanted to know what was on the very first panel!!
