Peak Berry

My husband had noticed lots of (unsprayed) blackberries on his ride Saturday, so we headed off Sunday morning with lots of containers and picked oodles. Not my daughter, who’s very unwell at the moment, but we did persuade her to leave her bedroom and sit by the lake while we picked, and she very kindly posed with my husband’s haul. As for me, I’m slowly recovering from my operation, and hopeful I have the energy to return to more regular blip posting and viewing!
