Paper!

All very pleased at our paper - although unsure how hardy it is! The kids (Zion’s idea) want to make mini scrapbooks for their two teachers for end of term gift… May need to make a bit more (even if we do cut each piece in half - Allegra’s idea!).

Kids have been great today even though exhausted. Quietly sat on the front row through the livestream (all other Sutton based family on the weekend away so they had to come!) - then were rewarded with a breakfast from Greggs - which just about got them through the 10:30 service and the (if you ask them - too long) time spent chatting afterwards. Then Bryn back for lunch - curry I’d left in the slow cooker - in front of the football because the table was covered in drying paper! Ha!

We were then aiming to go to the baptism tonight - they love going to baptisms - but Allegra was beside herself with tiredness… and when I came back from walking the dog was sat with her jumper and coat on saying she was cold… do not want her ill this week - so early night after relaxing evening at home instead… Can always watch the baptism later from the recording…

Now, had a glass of wine with Sam and caught up after his weekend away (he was doing the baptising tonight so went out soon after arriving home), and time for bed! Exciting day tomorrow!
