I’ve been experiencing bad dreams for a week which are disturbing my sleep pattern. This morning I overslept my planned swim session.

Anyway It was a dry sunny day so A & I took a walk through the woods. At the recently renovated lake a lone swan and the many mallard ducks came over to see whether we had bread for them, we didn’t!
