Routine?

Routine?  Not for me!

Second cataract op today.  All good, so far.  Again, I was first on the list so all done in three hours door to door, including an hour travel.

The medics, on the other hand, started out at the same time but worked through another twenty cataracts till 7.00pm.  On top of a dozen other day surgery cases.  They described it as mayhem with new targets to meet.

I have no idea how they can do that with such impeccable care.  I can't imagine that they can keep up that pace.  It's all so touching,  I'm tired and emotional, full of gratitude.  All I could do was offer this card, and glowing feedback on the 'performance' questionnare.  

This is not performance, it's a miracle of sorts.
