Galician inspired

Fresh bread, just love it. I could survive on freshly baked bread, good butter and cheese:) So I do regularly bake my own bread. I do love sourdough bread, in particular. Considering you only need good flour, water and a little salt to create bread is wonderful.
This time I ventured into new territory - high hydration dough - to make a Gallican inspired sourdough loaf. It baked really well and turned out really delicious.
